Sensory, for everyone, drives either a relaxed and “ready state” or a crisis/survival state. Behavior communicates which state the brain is in. This presentation will discuss the five main coping strategies - Minimize, Tolerate, Sensory Seek, Avoid/Take a Break, and Routine Schedule.
